    Suggestions: An ideal base for eggs benedict or mini pizzas. Also good as a side dish to steak or soup. 

    Each packet contains 6 Arepas (12.50cm/5in diameter and 70g each)

    Ingredients: maize, canola oil, salt and preservatives (202).

    All orders for NZ are shipped only on Monday. On Saturday only orders for Auckland are Delivered. Orders are estimated to ship 1-2 days from the time of order submission (not including weekends or public holidays).

    The Arepas come frozen and are very easy to separate and cook. Prompt shipping and excellent quality. Highly recommended!

    Need practice heating up

    I found it difficult to heat them up. I was disappointed they contain canola oil. I have ordered some different ones and may try the oven this time...
