    Suggestions: Cheese arepas are ready to eat just grilled or pan fry.

    Each packet contains 3 Arepas (12.50cm/5in diameter and approx 150g each)

    Ingredients: Maize, mozzarella cheese, canola oil, salt and preservatives (202).

    All orders for NZ are shipped only on Monday. On Saturday only orders for Auckland are Delivered. Orders are estimated to ship 1-2 days from the time of order submission (not including weekends or public holidays).

    Arepas must be frozen.

    So easy to eat and add to almost any meal. Just chucked in air fryer - good to go.
    1/2 my family are coeliac - gluten free so these are great - so versatile and taste great. We use them like a side bread, like a pita bread, like a pizza type stack bread.

    Just so yummy

    This is my 3rd order. Love these for an easy breakfast, lunch or tea. Easy to prepare and so many options for toppings. Loved the cheesy middle ones too as nothing at all needed.
